Sample Mapping

The sample mapping step is a validation step to ensure all experimental condition values are completely filled in.

In this step, a table of missing information will be displayed. You can perform the following actions:

• Create and update new experimental conditions (only in design modes; see the Experimental Conditions documentation).
• Update the values of the experimental conditions to fill in the missing information (using a file, a layout, from sample, or manually; see the Execution Mode documentation on adding experimental condition values).
