Rack Replication

The Rack Replication workflow in Sample enables users to create one or more copies of existing racks, with the option to include dilution steps either at the source or in the replicated racks. Replication is a fundamental process used to create multiple containers from a single one, making it essential for statistical analysis and experimental reproducibility.

With this workflow, you can:

  • Generate exact replicas of a rack for repeated assays or screenings
  • Apply dilution steps during replication to achieve desired concentrations in the new racks
  • Create multiple copies with different dilution factors for concentration studies
  • Prepare racks for parallel experiments or quality control procedures

This workflow is particularly useful for preparing multiple identical racks for parallel experiments, quality control, or distribution.

All replication and dilution actions are fully traceable within Sample, ensuring complete traceability and supporting accurate records of all rack manipulations.
