Warehouse

This user guide describes the functionalities of Warehouse. This module is designed to store, manage, and consolidate your analysis data in a central repository.

Discngine Warehouse allows you to integrate data from multiple data sources in a consistent, structured format. It can be used as a complementary system to Assay to store analyzed data, or you can add data from other sources such as third-party databases, file uploads, Pipeline Pilot protocols, etc. Discngine Warehouse allows you to convert data from various sources into useful information through consolidation.

Discngine Warehouse also provides a foundation for decision-support systems to query and analyze your consolidated data.

The Home Menu consists of links to the Protocols, Experiments, and File Results Import sections.

Protocols – Manage data publication protocols.
Experiments – Access published data.
File Results Import – Import results into Discngine Warehouse by uploading files.
