Labware items

Labware items are used to define the organization of plates. These items are essential for applications like Assay and Sample, where they help structure data and ensure consistency across experiments.

Three main types of labware items are available:

• Object Formats: Define the size and structure of plates.
• Well Types: Specify the characteristics of wells in plates, such as whether they are used as controls or references.
• Plate Layouts: Describe the organization of plates in terms of well types, doses, replicates, and experimental conditions.
