Error When Reading Files

If you encounter an error when reading files, please check the following:

1. Review the error message. It will indicate which file is in error and provide details about the issue.
2. Ensure the files are not empty or corrupted.
3. Verify that the files have the correct format by comparing them with a reference file fragment.
4. If the file is an Excel file, check the number of sheets in the file.
5. If the issue persists, contact Support and provide the error message along with the files you are attempting to read.
