Experimental Condition patterns allows you to replicate the values of each plate selected to the rest of your plates. This page is specific to the Execution mode in Assay, you can find more information about Experimental Condition patterns here.

Execution mode

If you have Experimental Condition patterns in your run template, the pattern is automatically retrieved and applied at the Plate Mapping step, with the following behaviour:

To notice:

• The same experimental condition values are copied from the run template to the execution run
• The number of plates in your template and your current run does not have to match
