Raw Data Files

This step is used to check the accuracy of the data loaded in the previous step.

The following details about the data and configuration selected in the run design are displayed:

• The measurement mode (Sequential or Alternate)
• The number of virtual plates (total measurements in your run) and physical plates (number of plates in your run)
• The readouts selected and their aliases
• The readout transformations (deprecated): basic calculations on the readouts

• If information is missing, alert messages will be displayed, and the Missing Readouts section will not be empty.
